The objective though is to make a wine dominated by the more feminine varietals like Merlot and Cabernet franc. Every year we will blend the same varietals in different proportions to show what the different blends, would taste like. The five grape varieties, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot are blended in different proportions to give you a totally new taste experience.
