What happens if you blend the same grapes and varietals as used in our flagship wine, De Toren Fusion V, in different percentages? You get a totally different wine! DIVERSITY is the result. The objective though is to make a wine dominated by the more feminine varietals like Merlot and Cabernet franc. Every year we will blend the same varietals in different proportions to show what the different blends, would taste like. The five grape varieties, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot are blended in different proportions to give you a totally new taste experience. This wine will express every year´s vintage in a different way. That is why we called the wine DIVERSITY. Diverse in its blend percentages and Diverse as far as every vintage is concerned....

Perfekt - wir meinen dieser feine Wein ist die beste Top-Cuvée aus Südafrika - eine Assemblage aus den 5 Bordeaux Trauben. Im Glas ein dichtes Purpurrot. In der Nase ein intensiver Luft nach schwarzen Früchten, Kaffee und Leder. Am Gaumen zeigen sich dann wunderbare Fruchtaromen von Pflaumen und Maulbeeren. Sie gehen ein komplexes Aromenspiel mit Kaffee, Leder, Lakritz ein und zeigen im Abgang wunderbar eingebudene würzige Aromen sowie Zedernholz. Uns begeistert nicht nur die Aromenvielfalt sondern auch das runde Mundgefühl mit den weichen Tanninen und der edlen Säure. Ein langer Nachhall überzeugt uns zu 100% von diesem Wein. Weiter Infos: Daher auch der Namen Fusion V. De Toren heisst der Turm auf Holländisch. Dieser Turm ermöglicht im Keller ohne jegliche Pumpen auszukommen und garantie...
